A project to refurbish the main reception and entrance hall at the client’s corporate building.

Scope of works consisted the following:

• assessment and cleanup of existing redundant infrastructure systems and wiring, and preparation of area for the installation of new systems;
• technical design of electrical and data networks;
• technical design of security systems;
• installation of electrical networks, equipment, luminaries;
• installation of data networks;
• installation of turnstile gates and passages, integration with existing access control system;
• installation of video surveillance system (CCTV);
• installation of automatic fire detection & alarm system together with public address system;
