A project to refurbish the main reception and entrance hall at the client’s corporate building.
- Scope of works consisted the following:
- assessment and cleanup of existing redundant infrastructure systems and wiring, and preparation of area for the installation of new systems;
- technical design of electrical and data networks;
- technical design of security systems;
- installation of electrical networks, equipment, luminaries;
- installation of data networks;
- installation of turnstile gates and passages, integration with existing access control system;
- installation of video surveillance system (CCTV);
- installation of automatic fire detection & alarm system together with public address system;
